1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Flow+ at joinflow.pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flow+ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Flow+ is an AI-powered daily guidance platform that combines traditional Chinese metaphysics systems — specifically BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) and Qi Men Dun Jia — with artificial intelligence to provide personalised daily readings, timing guidance, directional energy analysis, and conversational mentorship.
Flow+ is a guidance and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice.
The readings, scores, and recommendations provided by Flow+ are derived from traditional metaphysical frameworks interpreted by AI. They are intended to support your decision-making process and personal reflection, not to dictate your actions or replace professional consultation.
3. No Guarantees
Flow+ provides guidance based on BaZi and Qi Men Dun Jia calculations combined with AI interpretation. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
- The accuracy of any prediction, forecast, or timing recommendation.
- Specific outcomes resulting from following any guidance provided.
- The suitability of any reading for your particular circumstances.
- The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service.
All readings and Master Xie responses are for informational and reflective purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by Flow+.
4. Accounts
To use Flow+, you must create an account with a valid email address and provide accurate birth data (date, time, location, and gender). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate birth information (inaccurate data will produce inaccurate charts).
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Flow+ offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription (“Flow+ Premium”) at $29.99 USD per month.
- Free trial — new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- Auto-renewal — after the trial period (or immediately if no trial applies), your subscription renews automatically each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.
- Refunds — subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@joinflow.pro and we will review your case.
- Price changes — we may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Master Xie for any purpose other than personal guidance and self-reflection, including but not limited to generating content for commercial resale.
- Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the Master Xie through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or any technique designed to bypass its guidelines.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service using bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
- Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to promote illegal activity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Flow+ service, including its design, code, BaZi and Qi Men Dun Jia calculation algorithms, AI prompts, and original content, is the intellectual property of Flow+ and its licensors.
- Your data — you retain ownership of the personal data you provide (birth information, chat messages, imported history).
- Generated readings — chart computations, daily readings, and Master Xie responses generated for you are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated content.
- Feedback — any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Flow+ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- In no event shall Flow+ or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- Flow+ is a guidance tool, not professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on readings, scores, or Master Xie responses provided by the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, if you:
- Violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
- Abuse or attempt to exploit the Master Xie or other features.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud.
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If your account is terminated for a reason other than Terms violation, you may request an export of your personal data within 30 days.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow+, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flow+ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
